Fine gauge factory enameled silver colored copper and fine gauge natural copper wire are handwoven. The weave is cut and sized, then encased in resin and dark gray mica powder in a handmade Argentium silver frame. Beautifully hung from an 18” Argentium silver chain.

My silver wire is Argentium which is a tarnish resistant sterling silver (.925).
My copper wire is untreated and uncoated (unless it has an enameled color applied). As with any natural material, copper will tarnish over time creating a lovely patina. The resin is jeweler grade that is resistant to yellowing over time.
Resin is a very durable material and is easy to maintain. The necklace can be cleaned by wiping it a soft, polishing cloth.
With a few simple practices, your jewelry should give you many years of beauty and joy.
